• For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: i. Served in the grade of Senior Assistant Director Accounts for at least three (3) years OR a minimum period of Fifteen (15) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been in a Senior Management position in a comparable and relevant position in the Public or Private Sector;
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting Option) or Business Administration finance option or Accounting or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Certified Public Accountant – CPA Part III (K) or its equivalent qualifications;
