• The Field Specialist is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient and reliable Product Service Delivery to Customers.
• He/She identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work and manage risk during service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• These responsibilities are activities that correspond to the metro stops and key processes.
• Prepare Field Deliverables and capture field data
• Remove, secure, evaluate, reconcile, deploy and Position Resources
• Prepare Final Job Deliverables and obtain Customer Acceptance of Delivery
• Prepare job invoice supporting documentation
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessment and wellsite inspections
• Participate in service quality meetings with customers and improve performance using plans

Requirements

• Higher National Degree (HND) in any Engineering field of study (mechanical, petroleum, electrical, etc.)
• Recent graduate not more than 2years post-graduation experience

• . Responsibilities and skill development vary widely according to business line but consist of both formal technical training courses and hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire familiarity, to the level required to perform duties, with assigned business line’s range of services and products and their relationship to those of other business lines
• Achieve functional and technical skills required for assignments
• Assist in planning, preparation, and executing jobs to design according to client specifications with a goal of 100% service delivery

Requirements:

• HND in Mechanic, Electricity, Electronic, Physics
• Recent graduate not more than 2 years post-graduation experience
• Able to follow directions and company policies including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) standards and procedures
• Client, Service Quality and Performance focused
• Strong problem-solving and ability to use own initiative
• Follow procedures and understand engineering drawings with the ability to complete paperwork in a legible manner
