    Gender Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise on gender-sensitive indicators within the performance measurement framework and support colleagues in monitoring and reporting program results, outputs, and objectives against agreed indicators.
    • Provide technical assistance to partners in assessing their approach to gender mainstreaming throughout the program cycle.
    • Monitor and report on the implementation of the gender action plan.
    • Develop a robust Monitoring and Evaluation system to capture the project’s impact across various interventions.
    • Facilitate the implementation of the project’s M&E system, ensuring efficient information flow, synergy and partnerships.
    • Generate proposal and concept notes for monitoring, evaluation and research activities.
    • Create and implement quantitative and qualitative data collection tools for timely reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Economics, Development Studies or any other related field.
    • Must have 2 years and above working experience working on gender issues.
    • Must have experience with using data collection and analysis software.
    • Strong quantitative, qualitative and analytical research skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills required.

    Junior Finance Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
    • Supporting the creation of strategic business plans based on financial analysis and forecasts.
    • Preparation and presentation of the monthly management accounts and reports, including reviewing and analyzing them.
    • Assisting in the preparation of monthly cash flow projections and quarterly organizational forecasts.
    • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory deductions.
    • Assisting in financial audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing audit findings.
    • Providing ad hoc support, training and advisory services to clients on finance, audit and tax matters.
    • Assisting in financial analysis and modeling.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any other related field.
    • Must have 2 years and above working experience.
    • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
    • Strong interpersonal and communications skills required.
