    HR Manager, Compensation and Benefits

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent’s role will include:

    • Payroll processing and compliance to include monthly payroll processing ensuring full compliance with Labour and tax laws
    • Manage Employee benefits programs which will include Health Insurance, Group life, pension, handset and Airtime & Data benefits, salary advances and loans 
    • Develop and execute pay strategies e.g., Offers management, salary benchmarking and industry trend analysis
    • Manage Internal and External Audit which includes PAYE, ICOFR, Finance and Regulatory (Labour) audits
    • Employee Contract management
    • Responsible for HR systems and Automations which includes optimizing the HRIS platform and automating payroll and HR processes.
    • Expatriates’ management

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business-related field 
    • Good knowledge grasp of current regulation on compensation and benefits
    • Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management with good knowledge of Kenyan Employment Act
    • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR functions
    • Good in data analysis.  Working knowledge in advanced excel will be an added advantage
    • Ability to manage outsourcing partners to deliver for the business

    Head Outsourced Employee Services

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent’s role will include;

    • Develop HR outsourcing strategies including workforce planning, recruitment onboarding and retention.
    • Oversee outsourced employee lifecycle processes e.g. payroll, benefits, leave, exits and performance management etc.
    • Ensure outsourcing operations are compliant with local Labour laws and internal organizational policies and processes.
    • Manage compliance of outsourced service vendors via periodic audits and process reviews
    • Implement engagement initiatives e.g. surveys, recognition programs and caravans to improve the morale of the outsourced employees
    • Manage budgets and financial reporting for outsourced HR services ensuring cost efficiency.
    • Define and track service level agreements with accompanying analytics for contracted partners
    • Develop talent and capability of the outsourced teams by identifying and managing the rollout of various upskilling and training initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business-related field 
    • Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management with good knowledge of Kenyan Employment Act
    • A minimum of 5- 8 years’ experience in HR 
    • Good in data analysis.  Working knowledge in advanced excel will be an added advantage

    Talent Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the incumbent’s role will include:

    • Drive the learning and development agenda through given resources and channels e.g. E-learning, classroom and masterclass sessions
    • Measure training effectiveness using metrics like performance improvement, engagement rates and ROI.
    • Conduct skills gaps analysis using performance data and stakeholder feedback
    • Engaging leadership to build a succession plan
    • Using performance statistics, identify and map top talent across the business
    • Drive talent Initiatives such as mentorship, high potential, programs, Internship and Attachment programs
    • Oversee the onboarding and training for new and promoted employees
    • Manage contracted training vendor to ensure compliance to given service level agreements and provision of service in line with the business needs
    • Manage the training budget and optimize resource allocation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business-related field 
    • Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management 
    • A minimum of 5- 8 years’ experience in HR 
    • Ability to manage outsourcing partners to deliver for the business
