    Job Description

    • Reporting directly to the Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the hands on supervision of food and beverage operations.  Your background within restaurant operations will be exceptional in order to lead and guide a team of food and beverage staff in order to deliver a consistently high standard of food and beverage service.  
    • Possessing distinct leadership qualities to provide a credible and mature role model, you will be passionate about food and beverage, with an exceptional knowledge of food, wine and beverages in order to train and develop a knowledgeable team skilled in all aspects of service.
    • Above all you will need to be a passionate and adaptable individual who will enable you to connect and converse with our guests who visit us from all over the world, bringing our unit to life and of course providing the very best in hospitality.
    • With this in mind, you will probably already be an experienced F&B Team Leader, Supervisor or Head Waiter, with a proven track record gained within a quality hotel/restaurant environment. You will be well versed in the day to day supervision of teams, and have experience within training and development which will form part of your day to day role.  

    Qualification

    • Diploma in hotel management/other relevant tertiary qualification
    • 2 year’s experience as an F&B Supervisor or Head Waiter
    • Good communication skills – written and oral
    • A passion for customer service
    • Ability to motivate and lead a team
    • Work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
    • Good presentation
    • Flexibility to work irregular hours/shifts
    • POS experience (MICROS)

    Reverse Osmosis Machine Operator

    Key Performance Areas

    Area 1: RO Machine Operation

    • Operate and Maintain Reverse Osmosis Plant to produce optimum Quality and Quantity of potable water
    • Inspect, service and repair components of the water treatment plant including water intakes, pipes, water storage vessels, chemical treatment equipment controls, circulation pumps,  and valves
    • Maintain general administration of Ro Operations to ensure adequacy of water supply for Blending and CIP Processes
    • Prepare Job cards for servicing and repairs
    • Inspect the RO Plant on a  continuous basis to ensure effective operations
    • Establish & Implement CIP and Autonomous Maintenance Plans
    • Ensure conformance to Preventive Maintenance Plans
    • Maintain Operational logs and Maintenance reports and provide the same to Line Manager/Engineering  on a daily basis
    • Management of RO Inventory
    • Operation of CCP (UV) and escalate in case of deviations

    Area 2: Reports

    • Cleaning logs
    • RO  input/ output reconciliation reports

    • Equipment Maintenance Reports
    • Processed Water Quality Reports

    Area 3: Safety

    • Work in line with the requirements of the Best Safety, Occupational, Health and Good Manufacturing
    • Safety isolation of equipment during maintenance as per LOTOTO Standards
    • Uphold chemical handling safety standards
    • Identify workplace hazards for permanent removal

    Skills Required

    • A Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or related field
    • At least one (2) years’ experience in Ro Operations
    • Practical experience in use of MS packages.
    • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to solve problems intuitively
    • Operator must have the ability to apply data to formulas that determine treatment requirements, flow levels and concentration levels.

    Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer- Kitui

    Your main role shall be to deepen aftersales through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement and sales in your region. In this role, you will work closely with the dealer to deliver exceptional total ownership experience by ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing vehicle uptime, revenue generation and supporting business growth in the aftersales segment.

    The key responsibilities include:

     Attainment of Revenue targets – per part line and revenue
