    Assistant Credit Control Officer

    Operational Responsibilities / Tasks (Job Description)

    • Handle the loan portfolio and ensure all loans are properly paid.
    • Communicate with employers to recover loans for staff who are members of the Sacco.
    • Ensure all check-off loans are captured on payrolls for members.
    • Reconciliation of member accounts.
    • Monitoring defaulted loan status.
    • Write timely guarantor notification letters and effect recoveries.
    • Follow-up with defaulters and guarantors for recovery.
    • Carry out debt collection activities.
    • Managing recovery activities as per Sacco recovery policies and procedures
    • Submit timely reports to the supervisor.
    • Asses the creditworthiness of new and existing members.
    • Maintaining accurate records of members payments history and debt recovery efforts.
    • Building and maintaining solid relationship with debtors while enforcing collection obligations.
    • Loan recovery through collateral, attachments to guarantors disposal of assets through auctioneers.

    Job Competencies (Academic, professional and Experience).

    • Academic qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in cooperative management/banking /business administration or its equivalent.

    Accounts Clerk

    Operational Responsibilities /Tasks

    • Reconciliation of M-pesa Pay Bill and money transfer transactions
    • Reconciliation of ATM card transactions for both Sacco suspense and visa transactions
    • Reconciliation of Point-of-Sale transaction that have been done sin the Saogo link cards or any other cards used by the Sacco members.
    • Prepare a report of uncompleted mobile banking, pay bill and the purpose
    • Refund any confirmed erroneous transaction for both mobile banking, pay bill and ATM card transactions.
    • Confirm the accuracy of the amount deducted from the Sacco bank account to the ATM settlement account.
    • Conduct bank reconciliation.
    • Attending to members queries
    • MPA up-dating
    • Monitor and manage e-channels float.
    • Any other work related duties as assigned from time to time.

    Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).

    Academic qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Business related with Accounting or Finance option or any other related field.
    • Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies
    • СРА II
    • Previous relevant work experience required.
    • 2 years relevant working experience

    Marketing Assistant

    Operational Responsibilities / Tasks

    • In liaison with the marketing/Branch manager, design and implement marketing programs and strategies.
    • Support in developing and implementing of marketing campaigns and activities
    • Marketing of the Sacco to potential members.
    • Recruitment of new members as per the set targets.
    • Responsible for account opening ofthe new accounts and perform all other accoun
    • Retention ofthe new and existing members.
    • Activate dormant accounts.
    • Cross selling of the Sacco Products and services. SAVINGS
    • Promote the SACCO image.
    • Represent the SACCO competently and adequately in his/her capacity
    • Support in all marketing related activities
    • Responsible of all the marketing items/merchandise in his/ her branch.
    • Production and submission of weekly/monthly reports.

    Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).

    Academic qualifications

    • Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

    Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

    • N/A
    • Previous relevant work experience required.
    • One (1) Year relevant work experience.
