    Procurement Officer- Gujarati/Hindi Speaking

    Job Purpose

    • The role manages procurement and administration, including imports, inventory, compliance, and facility management, ensuring smooth operations through supplier, regulatory, and internal coordination. Experience: 3-5 years in procurement, administration, or logistics, preferably in healthcare or medical equipment. Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Imports & Procurement (30%)

    • Manage the full import process, including permits, documentation, and clearance.
    • Develop procurement strategies and maintain supplier relationships.
    • Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor inventory levels.
    • Track and analyze purchasing trends for cost-effective procurement.

    Inventory & Vendor Management (20%)

    • Maintain stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage supplier contracts.
    • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement policies.
    • Source and evaluate new suppliers to optimize costs and quality.

    Compliance & Licensing (20%)

    • Oversee permit renewals, government licenses, and insurance for company assets.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and procurement policies.
    • Coordinate with NTSA, immigration, and other authorities for legal matters.

    Administration & Logistics (20%)

    • Supervise office operations, logistics, and maintenance of facilities.
    • Manage procurement of office supplies and oversee security measures.
    • Ensure timely vehicle inspections, branding, and permit renewals.

    Finance & Reporting (10%)

    • Monitor procurement budgets, prepare cost reports, and track vendor payments.
    • Conduct financial analysis to optimize procurement expenses.
    • Maintain procurement records for audits and accountability.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field. Professional certification (CIPS, CPP) is a plus.
    • Experience: 3-5 years in procurement, administration, or logistics, preferably in healthcare or medical equipment.
    • Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and inventory systems.
    • Languages: Fluency in Gujarati or Hindi is required.

    Legal Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts.
    • Ensuring compliance with local (all the countries we are in), national, and industry-specific laws.
    • Advising on legal risks and mitigating liabilities.
    • Representing the company in legal matters.
    • Overseeing litigation and liaising with external legal counsel.
    • Developing internal policies to minimize risks.

    Academic and Professional Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from a recognized institution and admission to the Bar.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry.
    • Registered member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) in good standing.
    • In-depth knowledge of employment and labor laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance within the recruitment industry.
    • Proven experience in contract drafting, legal risk management, dispute resolution, and providing strategic legal counsel to senior management

    Mechanics - Heavy Commercials, 4x4s & Saloons (Kajiado)

    OVERALL OBJECTIVE

    • The Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of trucks. He will ensure there is effective and efficient serviceable condition for the vehicles that will be cost-effective to the Company.

    KEY TASKS:

    • Shall ensure that every job allocated has been inspected after completion and signed off by the foreman.
    • Shall ensure there is no repeat of Job.
    • Shall ensure that the assigned task is completed within the allocated time.
    • Shall ensure that all breakdown and spare returned upon completion and report written.
    • Shall ensure there is no misuse of spare parts due to mechanic negligence.
    • Should report all incidents/ Accidents to EHS/HR officers.
    • Shall ensure task for a day are completed and no carry forwards.
    • Shall ensure full compliance with safe operating procedures.
    • Shall be donned in appropriate PPE’s at all times while at work.
    • Perform any other task that shall be assigned by Management.
    • Will be on call for 24hrs in case of emergency.
    • Attend all EHS training & ensure compliance to the training.

    Safety Awareness:

    • Responsible for reporting all incidents/accidents noted within and outside the Organization.
    • Responsibility of being a safety ambassador to ensure we all work safely and always be on the lookout for any unsafe acts or behavior.
