    Company Secretary & Director Legal Services

    Duties will entail:

    • Providing guidance to the Board on their duties and responsibilities and on matters of governance.
    • Assisting the Board in carrying out the following: Board members’ induction and training; updating the Board and Committee Charters; preparing Board work plans; Board evaluation; Governance audit; and implementing the code of conduct and ethics.
    • Ensuring the timely preparation and circulation of Board and Committee papers and minutes.
    • Custodian of the seal of the Organization and account to the Board for its use.
    • Maintaining and updating the register of conflicts of interest.
    • Ensuring that Board members are aware of all relevant laws affecting the organization.

    • Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
    • Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid Practicing Certificate.
    • Registered as a member of the Law Society of Kenya in good standing.

    Principal Officer, Data & Cyber Security

    Job Specifications
    Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:

    • Development and implementation of the data and cyber security strategy, plans and policies as a member of the IT team.
    • Conduct periodic security reviews, vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across the organization's PFA infrastructure.
    • Ensure all new and existing systems/products/services comply with the organization’s security policies & standards, Kenya Data Protection Act and other industry best practices (e.g. ISO27001, CIS).
    • Monitor database performances and improve technology.
    • Update systems when necessary and create data backups.
    • Conduct diagnostic tests and evaluate performance metrics.

    Principal Officer, Infrastructure

    Job Specifications
    Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:

    • Contribute to the development and implementation of the IT infrastructure strategy, plans and policies as a member of the IT team.

    Job Description
    Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:-
