Responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Responsible for planning and designating project resources, preparation of budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Project Initiation Roles

• In charge of Requirements Elicitation, Business Requirements Analysis, Business Solution Assessment and Validation.
• In charge of Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Requirements Management and Communication, Stakeholder Analysis, Business Rules Analysis, Data Analysis and Business Modeling.

Project Delivery Roles

• Project impact & Alternative analysis
• Business Case review – Facilitation of Business request justification and approval indicating support for the project.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support
• Working closely with management to prioritize business goals and information needs.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management – Develop and maintain one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, acting as a single point of contact.
• Analyze business processes – identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches. Contributes to evaluating the factors that must be addressed in the business change program. 
• Change Request and Change Management – ensure smooth transition of the various change initiatives that are implemented within the business. Ensure that communication is well in advance to the business owners. 
• Ensure that all risk management requirements within the BCM remit are addressed and where necessary escalated through the available defined channels.
• Strict adherence to all regulations, statutes, standards, practices and all internal processes and procedures as per the relevant manuals and comply with all relevant external legislation and regulations regarding Compliance requirements.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience required:

• University degree preferably in , Project Management ,Computer Science, Statistics, Business or Information Technology related.
• Certified Business Analysis Profession (CBAP) training.
• Lean Six Sigma (Green and Yellow Belt) Training.
• Project Management (PRINCE II or PMP) is a plus.
• 2 years’ experience in project management field with evidence of completed technology-related projects

The role supports the Business and management with monitoring the quality of data, revenue leakages and data mining for performance and business reporting.

Responsibilities

• Daily reviews and checks of customer data quality.
• Daily review of system revenue collections and accruals to ensure accuracy and report leakages for collections.
• Mining data from the various bank systems, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily used for reporting.
• Circulation of daily staff activity reports
• Circulation of the staff performance reports
• Collaborating with programmers, engineers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications.
• Management of BI data, user creation and report improvement.
• Automation and tracking of daily business activities for performance monitoring.
• Provided data to business in a user-friendly format for decision making.
• Work with the performance monitoring teams to create data insights to support business decision making.

Qualifications

• Degree in BBIT or Financial engineering/statistics.
• At least one year experience in Data analytic company.
• Knowledge of banking business process
• High proficiency in SQL analytics (a must)
• The candidate must be able to work under minimum supervision and be innovative in solving complex problems on the go.
• The job is demanding, and the candidate may be called upon to work extra hours from time to time.
• Diploma in banking added advantage.
