    Human Resource Officer (Healthcare Industry)

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field, with mandatory CHRP certification and active membership with IHRM.
    • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare environment with strong knowledge of employment laws and clinical compliance requirements.
    • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal communication, and multitasking abilities, able to manage recruitment, contracts, and training under pressure with confidentiality and empathy.
    • High proficiency in regulatory and policy adherence, with the ability to resolve staff welfare issues, support clinical teams, and maintain rigorous credentialing standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • People Operations & Compliance: Manage recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and staff credential verification while maintaining accurate personnel files and ensuring all clinical and non-clinical staff meet regulatory and audit compliance.
    • Performance, Engagement & Welfare Support: Drive employee engagement, administer performance cycles, and address staff inquiries, welfare concerns, and disciplinary matters with timely, fair, and confidential resolution.
    • Policy Advisory & Regulatory Alignment: Guide management and staff on HR policies and labour laws while ensuring HR processes align with healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and quality-of-care standards.

    Centre in-Charge (Healthcare)

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Clinical Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum 10 years' leadership experience in a healthcare facility (e.g., Centre Manager, Operations Manager, Nursing Director).
    • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
    • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and achieve operational KPIs.
    • Strong leadership, analytical, and resource-planning abilities, with solid decision-making, and communication skills
    • High proficiency in regulatory compliance and clinical governance, with the ability to coordinate complex patient pathways and maintain service quality under pressure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities across all departments, ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge, and manage staff scheduling, equipment, and facility resources to maintain efficient and consistent service delivery.
    • Performance & Reporting: Track key operational KPIs, prepare timely reports for senior management, and identify bottlenecks to drive continuous process improvements.
    • Quality, Compliance & Risk: Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, uphold patient safety and service quality, and proactively manage operational risks.
    • Patient Experience & Stakeholder Relations: Handle escalated patient issues, foster a collaborative team environment, and act as the primary liaison with clinical teams, admin departments, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and senior leadership.
