    Senior Management Accountant

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our team, a leading liquor distribution company. The Management Accountant will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.

    GROSS SALARY; 50-60K

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor budgetary performance throughout the year, providing insights and recommendations to ensure financial objectives are met.
    • Evaluate cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
    • Monitor and analyze product costs, including raw materials, production, and distribution costs, to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies, identifying and addressing any compliance issues.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role is a must preferably in the liquor distribution industry.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    French Speaking Mechanical/Electrical Engineer

    • As a French-Speaking Electrical/Mechanical Engineer, you will be an integral part of the dynamic team, contributing your expertise to the design, implementation, and supervision of projects in French-speaking countries.     • Design and Drawing: Utilize extensive experience to develop detailed drawings and plans for electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with stakeholders in French-speaking countries.
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the design and supervision of electrical and mechanical systems, preferably in an engineering, consulting, or contracting firm.
    • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and ArchiCAD.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
    • Willingness to travel to French-speaking countries for project assignments.
