    Customer Service Assistant

    Key Role

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern who will Accurately & effectively Support Export Logistics Process.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Prepare the proforma Invoices and send to customers.
    • Raising commercial invoices & packing lists and share with the customs agent for processing the export documents.
    • Follow up on customs duties and taxes for export/import to E.A branches.
    • Order entry & Invoicing in the ERP
    • Raising Insurance Cover for export shipments & share with the insurance broker.
    • Liaising with contracted transporters on positioning of the export trucks once the goods are ready for dispatch.
    • Ensure all export shipments are loaded as per the documents in full.
    • Liaise with the Warehouse on any outstanding deliveries or delays during loading and advise the customers on the expected time of delivery.
    • Follow up with supply chain on Not In Stock products and give feedback to the team when it will be availed.
    • Follow & track back orders for the short-shipped products and update on any pending issues for invoicing.
    • Credit Note requisition & follow up.
    • Raising FOC/FOL invoices for export requests
    • To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

    Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Intern

    • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Intern to support the EHS function in fulfilling critical tasks related to EHS legal requirements and operational safety documentation. The internship provides a valuable learning opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional seeking hands-on experience in environmental, health, and safety management.
    • The intern will assist in compiling regulatory submissions, managing documentation, tracking PPE inventory, and coordinating local EHS compliance activities. This role is particularly important in helping the team maintain compliance with evolving legal obligations related to chemical management, waste handling, and permit-to-work systems.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance by compiling and submitting documentation for chemical registrations, waste reporting, and packaging permits.
    • Support the review and formatting of EHS documents including procedures, policies, and safe work permits to ensure they meet legal and internal standards.
    • Track PPE stock movement, coordinate dispatch logistics, and maintain accurate inventory records to support field safety requirements.
    • Collaborate with EHS and operations teams to prepare for statutory audits, inspections, and contractor briefings.
    • Conduct physical file checks and data entry to ensure EHS documentation (e.g., SDS, permits, inspection records) is current and complete.
    • Liaise internal teams to collect and update Safety Data Sheets and compliance certificates.
    • Participate in EHS site visits and assist in recording observations, corrective actions, and inspection follow-up.
    • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for regulatory and operational records.
    • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely submission of compliance reports.
    • Provide administrative support during audits, trainings, and regional EHS coordination efforts.
    • Provide occasional support to the Operational Quality team, specifically in the area of Quality Control (QC) release documentation and follow-up, during periods when the Quality representative is out of office. This will be limited in scope and will not affect the intern’s primary responsibilities within the EHS function.

    Accountant

    • The incumbent will be responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of an organization. Major duties include preparing financial statements, examining and analyzing the organization’s accounts and ensuring compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Guide the Management on matters of financial management, governance and continuously providing the required financial leadership to the organization.
    • Develop a comprehensive policy and procedure on the control assets and a comprehensive finance and administration manual for the organization.
    • Maintain accounts for all projects while ensuring donor compliance.
    • Generate financial statements and maintain an accurate record for all Receivables
    • Maintain a current asset register and an asset movement register
    • Manage and control cash, including bank and cash reconciliations.
    • Payments and processing of all supplier accounts, vetting all documentation and payments to ensure that they meet set requirements.
    • Maintain daily stock records
    • Greeting guests upon arrival, providing information about the facility, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Processing guest check-ins, collecting payment, issuing room keys, and handling check-out procedures.
    • Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel, and taking messages.
    • Addressing guest concerns, resolving complaints, and aiding with requests.
    • Any other duties as seen fit by the management.        

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

    • Diploma /Degree in Finance/accounting or relevant business degree.
    • CPA or ACCA.
    • Above average planning co-ordination and organizing skills will be essential.
    • Born again Christian.
    • Proven people-management experience.
    • Computer proficiency.
    • Fluent understanding of English language.

    Driver

    • The Driver will provide safe, efficient, and professional driving services while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and presentation. The Driver will play a key support role in hospitality operations by ensuring timely driving operations while upholding cleanliness and care of the vehicles through expert auto detailing.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Professional driving services.
    • Ensure vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition.
    • Perform routine vehicle checks and coordinate servicing and repairs.
    • Provide auto detailing services including thorough cleaning, waxing, and interior maintenance.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle use, fuel, and mileage.

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience in a professional setting.
    • Valid Driving License with a clean driving record.
    • Must have a Diploma or Certificate qualification in any relevant field.
    • Male candidate aged 30 years and above preferred.
    • Proven experience with manual transmission vehicles.
    • Strong knowledge of auto detailing (interior and exterior care).
    • Ability to work flexible hours.
    • Good communication skills, professional demeanor, and high level of discretion.
