    Sales Agent - Checkoff Loans - (Country Wide)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify sales opportunities and prospects through systematic prospecting, field visits, and onboarding new clients.
    • Obtain and verify all customer information and documentation, ensuring full KYC/AML compliance.
    • Present and explain loan products, eligibility, and repayment terms clearly to clients
    • Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
    • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
    • Handle customer issues and complaints professionally, as per company policy.
    • Gather timely market intelligence and feedback for product improvement.
    • Participate in open days, activations, and sales campaigns.

    What you will need:

    Qualifications:

    • Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from a recognized institution.
    • Proven sales or field marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Knowledge of Checkoff Loan processes is an added advantage.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Sales Captain - Checkoff Loans - (Country Wide)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect and submit quality leads to Mogo via partners portal https://www.mogo.co.ke/partners
    • Participating in the daily marketing activations for Mogo Checkoff product
    • Meet and surpass daily, weekly and monthly assigned disbursement targets
    • Represent mogo checkoff product and the brand in their areas of domicele
    • Liaising with the sales team leaders and captains to design marketing rout plans and strategies.
    • Generate; Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
    • Collecting (and submitting!) quality leads from the field that convert to sales
    • Searching and onboarding new institutions + building great relationship with partner institutions.
    • Train partner institutions on how make applications and more about Check-Off products.
    • Evaluate market trends, gather competitor information, identifies trends that affects future growth of check-off loans.
    • Provide feedback from the field to management (raise issues, give suggestions, fix things yourself).

    What you will need:

    Qualifications:

    Educational Background:

    • Certificate or Diploma in a sale related course.
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience working with check-off loans, either in sales or Business Development. ( Is an added advantage)

    Marketing Coordinator (Device Financing)

    What you will do:

    Field Marketing Support:

    • Assist in planning and executing on-ground activations, dealer events, and product demos in coordination with the sales team.
    • Conduct regular visits to retail locations to ensure brand compliance and gather market insights
    • Support dealer branding initiatives including store signage, promotional setup, and merchandising.
    • Capture and report on-field marketing data, photos, and customer feedback.
    • Work closely with sales team to understand field needs and align marketing support.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns at the field level.

    Marketing Administration:

    • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials
    • Track inventory of promotional items and ensure timely restocking.
    • Manage marketing-related documentation, files, reports, and budgets.
    • Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers for campaign execution.

    Campaign Coordination:

    • Coordinate with customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging and materials
    • Support digital and social media initiatives by gathering content and supporting local execution.

    What you will need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing support, field coordination, or similar roles (experience in telecom, smartphone financing, digital lending, or BNPL sectors is a plus)
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Good understanding of offline and field marketing strategies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Willingness to travel regularly across Kenya
    • Fluency in English and Swahili
