    Senior Business Development Manager, Trade Finance Sales – Corporate Banking

    Job Purpose Statement

    • The Senior Business Development Manager will provide support to the Head, Trade Finance Sales on driving uptake of Trade Finance products for an assigned Sector(s) within Corporate banking.
    • To deliver assigned Trade Finance business and revenue target through development, implementation and marketing of trade finance products to existing and new clients directly and via RMs in order to maximise customer profitability by provision of innovative and value added financing while at the same time reducing the risk to the bank.

    Ideal Job Specifications

    Academic:

    • An Upper Second Class Bachelors’ degree in Business Management with a bias in Commerce, Accounting, Economics or Finance.
    • JD - Business Development Manager, Trade Finance Sales

    Professional:

    • Professional Banking Qualifications such as CDCS, CITF, ACIB/AKIB not necessary but can be an added advantage

    Desired work experience:

    • At least 3 years Banking experience
    • Experience in customer service and Trade products
    • General Branch Banking Operations. Trade Operations background will be an added advantage.
    • Experience in relationship management and service delivery.

    CX Partner Subsidiary Support

    Job Purpose Statement

    Responsible for overseeing adherences to service quality standards in UG/TZ/RW and other non-bank subsidiaries in order to determine if the customer experience services provided are meeting set quality standards. Additionally, the CX Partner is responsible making recommendations to improve the quality of service/processes.

    Ideal Job Specifications
    Academic:

    • University degree Upper 2nd Class Honors or 3.0 GPA

    Professional:

    • Proficient in use of relevant MS Office applications and statistical packages.

    Desired work experience:

    • At least 5 – 6 years working experience in banking, preferably in a customer service role
