    Boiler Technicians

    • This is an exciting opportunity for hands-on technical professionals who want to play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable steam generation within industrial operations.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Operating industrial boilers, including start-up, shutdown, and performance monitoring.
    • Inspecting and maintaining key boiler components to prevent malfunctions and safety hazards.
    • Managing water treatment systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Troubleshooting issues in mechanical, electrical, and combustion systems.
    • Maintaining safety, environmental, and regulatory standards at all times.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
    • 2–3 years of experience in boiler operations and maintenance.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills.
    • Knowledge of steam generation systems, combustion principles, and safety codes.
    • Familiarity with technical drawings, instrumentation, and operational manuals.

    HR Officer

    • This role is not just about managing HR processes it’s about building strong client partnerships, driving compliance, and ensuring people operations align with business goals.

    As the HR Officer, you’ll:

    • Act as the primary HR contact for our clients
    • Ensure full compliance with Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
    • Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for diverse roles
    • Support performance management and employee relations
    • Oversee payroll, benefits, and statutory remittances
    • Champion talent management and employee development initiatives

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
    • 3–5 years’ HR experience (HR consulting preferred)
    • Active membership with IHRM (CHRP is an added advantage)
    • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws, compliance frameworks, and HR operations
