Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
Follow routes and time schedule.
Inspects verify Load, loading offloading to ensure accountability.
Guides on loading arrangement to ensure axle load conformity as well as ease in workflow.
Controls stocks -Ensure a receipt of payment for all items offloaded, inspects returnable. Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
Inform customers about new products and services
Complete logs and reports
Follow road regulations and safety standards
Reports trucks failure supervises maintenance to ensure high standards of repairs are done
Reports licensing one month before expiry.
Maintenance- Ensure truck maintenance is done as and when it falls due.
Ensures fueling contacts are achieved.
Uses tyre maintenance skills –ensures proper inflation and authorized tyre maintenance procedures.
Performs full truck handover when truck changes hands.
Requirements
4 Years Proven working experience as a driver.
Valid professional driver’s license.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
