    Acquisitions Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Custodian of the Acquisition Revenue and subscriber growth. 
    • Leverage market research to get insights into consumer behaviour and preferences on the acquisition front to inform refinements to AirtelTigo’s welcome offers and ensure that it remains profitable and competitive.
    • Equip sales and trade personnel with all necessary analyses (product information) and attractive offerings to enable the team to drive quality acquisitions
    • Full ownership of the gross adds decay number and design and implement campaigns & schemes geared at its significant reduction.
    • Assist in core operational tasks, including commission scheme designs, identifying new acquisition and revenue streams and developing business cases to justify the revenue implication of new and refined initiatives
    • Accountable for defining and leading the execution of Go-To-Market plans for each acquisition and regional offering in order to achieve the desired brand awareness and effectively reach the target audience
    • Increase ARPU and DOA of subscribers across Acquisition Value Segments
    • Accountable for smartphone device growth on the network and smartphone ARPU growth
    • Accountable for device partnerships
    • Accountable for data user penetration on new additions to the network (gross adds)
    • Custodian of customer engagement campaigns and activities for 0–90-day old subscribers
    • Reporting regional and national level sales performance on gross adds KPIs, decay, etc.

    Required Qualification and Experience

    • Bachelor of Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a Business-related field, etc.
    • A Master’s in business administration, or a related field would be an added advantage
    • 5-7 years of varied experience, 2-3 within the Telecom Industry or 2-3 years in the Marketing/Commercial Department.
    • Excellent Data analysis and Excel skills
    • Strong Analytical, statistical and Presentation skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
