Provide direct administrative support to a legal team, helping ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling internal and external communications, and assisting with the organization and review of legal documents.
The position requires someone comfortable working in a structured environment, supporting professionals with time-sensitive and detail-oriented tasks.
Responsabilities:
Managing calendars and appointments, organizing meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
The Executive Assistant will handle email correspondence, assist with document preparation and review, and support the team in maintaining accurate records.
They will also help coordinate internal communications and ensure that administrative processes run efficiently.
The assistant is expected to stay on top of tasks, anticipate needs, and contribute to a well-organized workflow.
