• Our client in Tiles industry is seeking to recruit a focused, strategic and self-driven Administrator to join their dedicated team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Managing the office
• Petty cash management
• Scheduling meetings and directing clients/visitors
• Ensuring the office is clean
• Renewal of licensing

Qualification

• Two years of experience in office set up
• Formal education. A Diploma/certificate in Business administration
• Good use of tally system will be a MUST
• Good attitude and desire for results
• Self-driven and motivate
• Ability to work extra hours
