    Analytics and Insights Partner

    The Position
    Main Responsibilities:

    • Supporting Local digital Experience Specialist, CX VOC Specialist and local CX Lead with information generated from data (interpreting it and finding patterns) to produce insights and provide basis to make data driven decisions.
    • Monitoring and measurement of campaigns and other activities to showcase their effectiveness and results.
    • Determine the value and results from all types of channels translating data to business results and impact generated.
    • Effective communication - acting as a translator between data experts and business.
    • Understanding of the necessary processes to get data ready to be consumed. 
    • Accountable for the effectiveness of the translation from data to insights, proper follow up of campaigns, social media, channels, competitors analysis, VOC and ensure that data provided has quality and proper governance.
    • Applies subject matter expertise in CX and CE to lead and develop implementation of analytics and insights plans that enables affiliate customer engagement and experience strategy.
    • Participates in regional digital analytics projects as part of the 20% of the time, connecting with Data & Analytics Governance and Strategy Lead (who defines Networking ways of working and Africa priorities).
    • Responsible for the constructions of digital insights across all digital touchpoints (e.g. HCP Portal, emailing, remote engagement, social media, etc).

    Preferred knowledge/Qualifications

    • Professional + 3 years of experience.

    Experience required:

    • Analytics Translation (ie translate analytics into insights)
    • Analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Performance Analytics
    • Proven skills working with Data & Analytics platform
    • Tableau
    • Digital Landscape
    • Channel & Touchpoint Analytics (web, search, social, email. chat. virtual meetings/conf etc)
    • Campaign Analytics

    Desired experience:

    • Experience in Healthcare or Pharma industry is a plus
    • Project management skills
    • Jupyter notebook
    • Amazon Athena
    • Google Analytics
    • Advanced English
