B2B Product Assistant at Clovers Management & Training Consultants Ltd

Duties

• Champion uptake of the Mpesa Paybill and supporting value added services by regularly sharing leads with the sales teams
• Monitor the product performance and life cycle and initiate interventions to sustain growth 
• Represent the business in the project delivery team for ongoing and future product enhancements
• Supporting the management of existing and new products by participating in User Assessment Tests and sanity testing 
• Handholding sales teams through training
• Train merchants on the merchant portal 
• Liaise with MCR to support acquisition and activation campaigns
• Supporting the branch network with product specific escalations relating to complaints 
• Undertake GL reconciliations and attestations as per the laid-out processes.
• Support Product managers on their day-to-day activities 
• Undertake business and product development activities on a day-to-day basis.

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in direct sales
• Familiarity with digital collection solutions 
• Excellent analytical skills, data analysis and visualization
• Knowledge of the bank’s operational environment, processes, and procedures to respond to complaints.
