As a back office executive, you will report to the back office manager and assist with various administrative duties.
This include:
data analysis and management, transactional reconciliations, and administrative duties.
Process payments received from multiple channels in accordance with back-office procedures.
Resolve all payment reconciliation issues according to the agreed turnaround time.
Monitor transactions and key systems to ensure optimal functionality at all times, and escalate or resolve related problems.
Coordinate with Finance and Customer Experience teams in the resolution of customer issues.
Manage administrative tasks and reports related to Back Office.
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of numbers and be able to work as part of a team. He or she must understand both internal and external user needs and characterization and be able to coordinate activities between the third-party providers and internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel).
Working knowledge of CRM platforms will be an advantage.
Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
