Who you are

•  +3 years of iOS experience with extended Swift and SwiftUI experience.
•  Strong interpersonal relationship skills, proven ability to work with various product and UI/UX teams.
•  Experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing iOS features that were deployed to the App Store and used by consumers.
•  Working on a B2C product - Big advantage
•  Familiarity with concepts of core banking systems/previous experience in environments for fintech - Advantage
•  Working with off shores development teams - Advantage

What will you do

•  You will assume responsibility to identify and handle suspicious or problematic fraud claims and incidents.  
• Work with marketing and tech teams to proactively battle fraud at Fido
• Perform objective, fair and timely investigations 
• Search and review evidence
• Look for documents to analyze overall situation pertaining to fraud incidents
• Plan, implement and manage field assignments
• Plan and implement deposition strategies based on specific situations
• Use law enforcement resources for assistance
• Prepare prosecution packages

Do you have

• At least 2 years of experience in Fraud Investigations or relevant role
• BS degree in a related field such as criminal justice or fraud  management
• Passion for research, persistent relevant information finding and discovery  
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent interviewing and interrogation skills
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

What will you do?

• As a back office executive, you will report to the back office manager and assist with various administrative duties.

This include:

• data analysis and management, transactional reconciliations, and administrative duties.
• Process payments received from multiple channels in accordance with back-office procedures.
• Resolve all payment reconciliation issues according to the agreed turnaround time.
• Monitor transactions and key systems to ensure optimal functionality at all times, and escalate or resolve related problems.
• Coordinate with Finance and Customer Experience teams in the resolution of customer issues.
• Manage administrative tasks and reports related to Back Office.

What are we looking for?

• The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of numbers and be able to work as part of a team.  He or she must understand both internal and external user needs and characterization and be able to coordinate activities between the third-party providers and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially MS Excel).
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms will be an advantage.
• Previous work experience as an Office Executive.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal relationship skills, proven ability to work with various product and UI/UX teams.
• Experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing android features that were deployed to the App Store and used by consumers.
• KMM experience - Big advantage!
• Working on a B2C product - Big advantage
• Familiarity with concepts of core banking systems/previous experience in environments for fintech – Advantage
• Working with offshores development teams - Advantage
