Biller Channel Operations Manager at Transsnet Payments Ghana Ltd (PalmPay)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring biller channels including but not only focusing on airtime, data, TV, water, ECG, betting, insurance etc.
• Work closely and manage good relations with every biller channel partner
• Work closely with internal settlement, products, operation and compliance teams to fully understand biller channel requirement.
• Develop and adjust business development plans of connecting biller channels based on different sets of strategic priorities.
• Ensure biller channels has stable connection with our system and provide quick response to any biller channel related issue.
• Work closely with operation teams to suggest and recommend new initiatives that could improve customers experience with the usage of our bill payment service.
• Prepare competitor's product comparative analysis, identifying areas for improvement of our company's product and biller channel capabilities.

Qualification & Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in biller channel operations
• Bachelor degree in a tech related field
• Excellent track record and background in channel operations management and leading  transformation.
• A very solid understanding of  (region, market place, competition
• Know the competition – channel model and structure
• Excellent listening, analytical, presentation, and problem solving skills.
• Excellent management skills – ability to lead direct and virtual teams and manage projects successfully.
• Sound understanding of critical drivers and associated priorities.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
