Develop, implement and execute Fido’s BTL strategy. Collaborate with the marketing team to create data-driven BTL activities for brand and growth campaigns.
Developed new distribution channels. Working closely with the BizDev team. Ideation, training and materials development, executions, and measurement.
Building and managing the relationship with BTL agencies across Ghana.
Planning & supervising on-ground activations & promotions, from ideation to full execution.
Manage events including planning and executing Events & Exhibitions
Measure, analyze, and optimize the activities to meet the company’s KPIs and business goals.

Do you have
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing teams and or advertising agencies as a BTL Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertisement, or a similar degree with a marketing and content focus.
Hands-on experience in BTL and activity production.
Excellent understanding of social media concepts & trends.
Proactive and eager to propose his concerted ideas.
Superb writing and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and marketing software.
