Job Description

1. Taking orders at the counter and assisting customers
2. Acts as a hostess when necessary
3. Ensuring take-away orders are dispensed promptly
4. Assists in service operations e.g. folding serviettes, cutlery
5. Ensuring there is enough change at all times
6. Answer the phone for take away orders or any other business correctly and fast
7. Maintaining shift float money and ensuring no shortages
8. Assist at the barista counter or in the restaurant when the need arises
9. Carry out any other task as may be instructed by superiors
