    Chief of Staff

    Role Overview:

    As Chief of Staff at Cowtribe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing all aspects of the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee engagement, development, performance management, leaves administration, and separations.

    Key Responsibilities;

    1. Develop, implement, and administer HR strategies, policies, and programs in line with Cowtribe’s goals and values
    2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, encompassing job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
    3. Design and oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs for seamless integration into the company
    4. Create and manage employee engagement and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
    5. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including policies and procedures
    6. Handle HR-related matters such as payroll and benefits administration
    7. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations pertaining to HR policies and procedures
    8. Assist the CEO in executing growth strategies from an HR perspective

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
    2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a start-up or fast-paced environment, with a strong background in both conceptual and operational HR
    3. Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements related to employment
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization
    5. Agility in adapting to new topics and thriving in a fast-paced environment
    6. A hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to work independently
    7. Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
