Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial strategies, including market entry and optimal pricing models, aligned with organizational P&L goals.
Identify, evaluate, and forge high-value, strategic alliances and channel partnerships within the industrial and commercial sectors.
Lead and finalize principal contract negotiations (e.g., PPAs, EPCs), ensuring robust risk mitigation and corporate compliance.
Directly manage and grow the company’s portfolio of largest and most strategic commercial and industrial accounts.
Rigorously analyze key financial performance metrics, revenue streams, and conduct commercial due diligence on major projects.
Collaborate intensively with technical, operations, and finance executives to ensure commercial models translate into feasible project execution.
Manage strategic risk assessments related to key accounts and projects, developing mitigation strategies.
Represent the company in industry associations, regulatory forums, and major commercial events to enhance influence.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
7–10 years of progressive senior-level experience in Commercial Management, Business Development, or Corporate Strategy within the Renewable energy, infrastructure, or complex project-based industries.
Proven success in managing large P&L statements and driving strategic, high-margin revenue growth.
