Coordinator, BDM Business Reporting at MTN

Job Summary:

Responsible for the overall coordinating and gathering of information required to produce Project performance reports related to Strategy Projects KPIs and contribution to the business objectives.

Key Tasks:

• Assists the business in the development of CEO Strategic projects KPIs.
• Analyze project business plan and perform benefits realization for Strategic projects.
• Analyze reports from finance and commercial strategies and provide insights for decision making.
• Ensures the delivery of Strategy projects requirements through verification of outputs from Strategy delivery teams.
• Perform ROI analysis on business case for Strategy projects.
• Assist in Budgeting and forecasting process of Strategy projects.
• Evaluate financial performance of technology projects by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Identify and drive process improvements including creation of standard reporting tools, excel and Power BI dashboards to enhance reporting.
• Identify and report on costs and business savings initiatives on Strategic projects.
• Enforce EPMO policies and procedures required to guide cost analysis.
• Support business transformation processes related to Strategic Projects
• Serve as a change agent in creating EPMO Framework awareness in the Strategic Project space.

Education:

• A university degree in Finance / Business Management / Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent Business qualification
• PMP Certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the Telecoms Industry
