    Coordinator, Enterprise Business - Business Reporting & Support

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for gathering, compiling and verifying operational data (e.g. operations, financial etc) with a high level of integrity and accuracy, populating and updating of all operational dashboards and databases, preparing and disseminating all such operational data, through current periodic reports, both to external customers and internal management and providing general operations support.

    Key Tasks
    Billing and Revenue Assurance

    • Ensure that all closed projects are billed accurately by Credit Control and Finance
    • Ensure the implementation and adherence of all RA controls
    • Liaise with Credit control and Finance to ensure new customer accounts across all product lines are created and billed.

    Customer Credit Management

    • Liaise with Credit Control and Finance to resolve all customer credit issues
    • Investigate, analyse and raise service credits for customers
    • Liaise with Credit Control and Finance to ensure timely delivery of all customer monthly bills.
    • Conduct monthly aging analysis of EBD customers and alert the business for high-risk debtors

    Quality Control and Assurance

    • Assist Quality Control and Operations Manager to embark on periodic checks and review of internal processes to ensure adherence to company processes.
    • Assist Quality Control and Operations Manager to address all audit queries
    • Review monthly bad debt provision shared by Credit Control

    Contract Management and Customer Related Process Management

    • Coordinate the end-to-end contract management process and be a single point of contact (SPOC) for all contracts with Legal and company secretariate
    • Liaise with Sales operations team to maintain a database of contracts and a tracker to track contracts at various stages and identify contracts due for renewal.
    • Channel concerns raised by customers with respect to contracts to appropriate teams for resolution

    Database and Records Management

    • Review, populate and ensure that all dashboards and databases are accurate and up to date
    • Ensure records across the Division are archived properly and appropriately for ease of retrieval by liaising with relevant teams

    Business Performance Management

    • Assist EBU Analyst to coordinate weekly performance meetings
    • Assist EBU Analyst to review and compile all weekly performance reports and share with team
    • Ensure that all team leads update their teams’ performance reports weekly and on time

    Education

    • A Degree in Finance or Accounting or Management related field.

    Experience

    • 3 years relevant experience in an analytics role.
