    Corporate Sales Manager

    About the Role

    We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Sales Rep. The incumbent will be responsible for selling cement bags and bulk cement directly to professional end-users across a particular Region. In this role, you must develop and grow an active base of professional end-users to purchase bagged and bulk cement.

    What you will do

    • Sell a target number of bags and bulk cement monthly directly to professional end-users
    • Develop a target number of active clients that purchase a minimum volume of cement monthly
    • Meet all designated professional end-users in your region at least once monthly
    • Keep average price per ton within budget
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction among clients
    • Supply management with reports on competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
    • Regular account reconciliation with clients
    • Manage credit limits for each client
    • Collect cash from credit customers per an agreed schedule

    • Has experience recruiting and/or managing distributors

    • Is hardworking, persistent, and dependable
    • Is positive and enthusiastic
