• We're looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on onboarding new users, enhancing user experience, ensuring successful adoption of tech solutions, and providing exceptional support throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of IT systems, user experience and user design.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in support, customer success, sales or similar roles.
• Experience in driving successful adoption of systems and ensuring user success.
