    Demand and Logistics Analyst

    About The Job
    Role Purpose

    • To manage the single pipe for new capabilities, enhancements, new products and new deployments.
    • Ensure Efficient allocation and management of resources. 
    • Required to manage the resources across teams (Fixed and Enterprise) to meet agreed customer service levels. 

    Job Responsibility:

    • Project Manages Enterprise BAUs and raise purchase request for Enterprise deployment projects with Capex less than GHS 30K
    • Ensure all Enterprise deployment requests are documented via BOQ and fulfilled in SAP for easy tracking and reporting
    • Ensure weekly product meetings with all stakeholders 
    • Managing the Logistics for FBB provisioning and Enterprise deployment to include:
    • Planning, ordering and savings on supplies by building a strong relationship with SCM and vendors
    • Tracking/Coordinating for quotations & PO release.
    • Managing the demand pipe, logging & HL analysis
    • Consistent follow ups on demand status from all implementation teams 
    • Tracking and managing delivery dependencies
    • Coordinating/Tracking vendor delivery dates
    • Ensure inspection and receipting of delivered materials to the Warehouse
    • Monitor and reconcile material usage both in system and physical in Warehouse
    • Prepare monthly reconciliation report on material
    • Acting on feedback from service manager and engineers
    • Forecast business demands for FBB and Enterprise deployment by working with Customer Solutions and DTCOPs to ensure materials are available to meet such demands.
    • Identify process and productivity improvements and/or efficiency savings.
    • Portfolio reporting and dashboards
    • Project manage any project assigned by CPM/Head
    • Any other task assigned as may be deemed valuable to the business 

    Professional / Technical Skills:

    • Degree in Business Administration/Economics/ Statistics or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the area of telecommunications development, operations
    • Understanding of Budget planning process
    • Understanding of Supply chain and warehouse processes
    • Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management
    • Good understanding of distribution and logistics.
