Key Responsibilities:
Execute digital marketing plans for each brand - covering social media, influencer, and paid media campaigns.
Collaborate with creative & media agencies to deliver on-brand, goal-aligned campaigns.
Develop and manage content calendars for timely rollout of assets.
Oversee daily digital operations, including social media engagement and community growth.
Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end with measurable impact.
Analyze campaign results and optimize for performance and ROI.
Lead reviews with agencies and internal teams to assess outcomes.
Stay updated on digital trends and recommend new engagement ideas.
Ensure content follows brand tone, visual consistency, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
5+ years' experience in digital marketing (FMCG or agency preferred).
Proven track record managing end-to-end campaigns, agencies & influencers.
Strong experience with paid media tools, analytics, and digital project management.
