Manage the entire EIT recruitment process for the MEST Training program
Track recruitment timelines and ensure activities are aligned
Respond to queries from potential applicants via email, Slack and other appropriate channels
Collaborate and work with the Training Team and Operations Team for the onboarding and orientation of MEST Training program participants
Attend meetings and take notes to update relevant reports where required
Establish and manage recruitment partnerships
Establish and maintain relationships with key universities, incubators and other technology hubs in order to access a steady flow of top quality candidates for the training program
Manage, support, and guide the EIT Recruitment Associate in their activities and efforts
Willingness and ability to travel across Africa to support recruitment efforts
Ability to organize recruitment events and info sessions in key African markets for MEST
Skilled at multitasking and organizing physical recruitment sessions at hotels and tech hubs in key markets for MEST
Strong understanding and execution of recruitment marketing
Manage the review and interview process of applications
Manage phone correspondence with program applicants
Work with the marketing team to develop communication assets for recruitment
Perform other tasks that may be required from time to time
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Recruitment, Marketing, HR, Management, Administration, Business or other related fields
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in an Administrative, Marketing, Management or Recruitment role
Familiarity with the MEST Africa Training Program
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Great teamwork capability
Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines
Familiarity with Mailchimp
Content writing and creative thinking skills
Interest in the areas of Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology
