    ES Early Interventionist (LS/ELL) Teacher

    Requirements

    • Preferred Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or TESOL/ELL.
    • Teacher certification from an accredited university/college.
    • Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience in early intervention, early childhood LS, or ELL.
    • Knowledge of early childhood development, play-based and inquiry-driven learning, and inclusive practices.
    • Experience applying the MTSS framework for planning, intervention, and monitoring.
    • Cultural proficiency and prior experience in a multicultural school setting.
    • Competence in using educational technology, including Google Suite and child-centered tools.
    • Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of pedagogy and approaches, including:
      • Understanding by Design
      • Social Emotional Learning
      • Language acquisition and literacy development
      • Student-centered and strengths-based practice
