Exports Operations Executive at Laboratory & Allied Ltd.

ROLE

• Customer operations support and shipping arrangements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Export Operations & Documentation Handle end-to-end export operations including booking shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders.
• Coordination & Issue Resolution
• Liase with internal departments (sales, finance, Finished Goods Store) to ensure export readiness and timely order fulfillment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in computer applications with strong knowledge in Excel.
• Data entry skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of ICMS systems (added advantage)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with collaborative mindset.
• Record Management & Compliance Maintain and update export documentation logs and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to company and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree in Business Management/Logistics or Equivalent Diploma or any other related field.
