Key Responsibilities:

• Firefighting & Emergency Response.Respond swiftly to fire emergencies, conduct rescues, and provide first aid to those in need.
• Equipment Operation & Maintenance.Inspect, operate, and maintain firefighting equipment and emergency vehicles to ensure readiness.
• Fire Safety Inspections.Perform routine checks and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Emergency Planning & Compliance.Develop and enforce fire safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and emergency response plans.
• Training & Drills.Lead fire safety training programs, conduct fire drills, and provide hands-on emergency response training.
• Fire Prevention Education.Educate employees on fire risks, prevention techniques, and proper use of firefighting equipment.
• Team Leadership & Coordination.Guide and support firefighting teams, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration during emergencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certified Firefighter with recognized firefighting training.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in firefighting and emergency response.
• Proven experience in training and instructing fire safety courses.
• Strong knowledge of fire codes, safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
• First Aid, CPR, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication, leadership, and instructional skills.
