    Global Customer Experience Implementation Manager

    Main Responsibilities 

    • CX Implementation - Accountable for the global deployment of strategic Customer Experience (CX) programs to drive global adoption of (a) Fab Performance Scorecard as de-facto reporting standard across regions, and (b) NPS, VLSI and FSE surveys to enable the business to act on customer feedback 
    • Fab Performance Scorecard – leads the strategy to drive customer centres Fab Performance productivity using “compelling storytelling with data” to demonstrate Edwards’ value as a reliability Partner
    • CX Ambassador – Coaches and influences regional stakeholders ensuring skills and behaviours are meeting (or exceeding) required standards, identifying performance gaps, and driving improvements to ensure customer experience is maximised. 
    • Change Management - Develops and implements efficient change management strategies and learning approaches to ensure successful adoption and transfer of ownership and governance to region 
    • Best Practises - Creates and communicates a shared vision of customer success across all regions, to create a cohesive and meaningful business approach to data and its value for customers and employees.
