    Governance and Demand Manager

    Role Purpose

    • To govern the Single pipe for new capabilities, enhancements, new products and new deployments. Ensure Efficient allocation and management of resources. Provide delivery plan, monitor and track demand. Provide visibility & Maintain transparency of our records. Ensure process optimization as well as provide tools, best practices, and techniques for process improvement.

    Job Responsibility

    • Portfolio reporting and dashboards
    • Manages the demand pipe, logs & does HL analysis 
    • Weekly Customer Reporting and managing 
    • Daily Follow up on demand status from all teams 
    • Customer coordination on delivery status
    • Tracking and managing delivery dependencies
    • Communication management (Sr management escalations, Post production communications etc.)
    • To facilitate the identification and development of a comprehensive Business Process Management framework for the Technology functions and other Business partners
    • Identify, document and match (by policy) all processes for technology by interacting with all necessary process touch points in the various technology units
    • Provide support for the incorporation of International Standards e.g. ISO-9000,  Standards/Protocols into work processes
    • Promote/create awareness of the policy framework using a communications plan

    Technical / Professional Skills

    • First Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Economics/ Statistics degree or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience within the area of telecommunications development, operations, quality and/or process management.
    • Certification in business process management frameworks (ITIL, Six Sigma,)
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes, identify problem areas and conduct root cause analyses.
    • Ability to seek the most efficient solutions to resolve process problems.
    • Have the ability to manage an effective demand pipeline for products and services to Technology.
