Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:

• Bachelor of Law Degree.
• Must be a Certified Public Secretaries.
• Must be a Registered member of the Certified Public Secretaries Board.
• Have at least 6 years of experience and expertise in corporate and commercial law, and experience working in a middle-sized firm.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
