    HR Assistant

    • Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking to engage a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the HR and administrative functions of the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with labour laws, and smooth coordination between management and staff within a manufacturing environment..

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
    • Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
    • Prepare HR correspondence, reports, and employee letters.
    • Ensure compliance with Kenyan Labour Laws and internal company policies.
    • Support payroll preparation and maintain related records.
    • Handle employee queries and support staff welfare initiatives.
    • Support disciplinary processes and performance management documentation.
    • Assist in coordinating training and staff development activities.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
    • At least 2 years' HR experience working in a manufacturing company.
    • Experience in the security industry will be an added advantage.
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
    • Good knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws and basic payroll processes.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
