About the Opportunity

• The way to unlock the power of Shestel’s Volunteer talent pool is through Human Resources (HR) Volunteers.
• The HR Volunteer is responsible for the smooth running of Shestel.
• We now need an HR Volunteer to help us with recruiting, onboarding, training and offboarding of the very best Volunteers for our HR, Support, Marketing, Product and Business Development Teams.

Our need

• Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
• Undergraduate degree or similar education in HR.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent record keeping.
• Self-learner and ability to execute tasks without any supervision.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism.

Activities

• Working with our CEO and the Head of HR (when appointed), your Volunteer role will include all or a selection of:
• Recruitment
• Onboarding and training
• Performance monitoring
• Offboarding
• You have significant freedom to evolve within your role.
• Challenge the existing systems and processes and continually improve them.

Acquired Work Experience

• This is a wonderful opportunity to begin your career in the field of HR.
• If you have existing Experience in HR, but lack some aspects of HR, this role is for you.
