    IESOP Analyst

    Position Overview:

    • Chemonics International seeks an IESOP Analyst. Supports the Chemonics Retirement team in managing the International Employee Stock Ownership Plan (IESOP) program. Provides ongoing support to project office staff on capturing accurate census data and coordinating education sessions for new participants. Supports reconciling IESOP data for the purposes of annual ERISA audit. Supports the international statement and distribution process. Supports the expansion of the IESOP to additional countries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively coordinates with regions and field offices to confirm that census data is accurate and up to date
    • Reviews and reconciles Abacus and payroll data against census data in HRIS
    • Analyzes compensation records and other employee data to ensure proper accounting for eligible compensation per the IESOP plan document
    • Follows standard operating procedures for field office accounting staff in IESOP countries to properly account for eligible compensation in Abacus
    • Coordinates IESOP educational programs
    • Monitors IESOP requests/inquiries, assesses trends and recommends areas in which training/communications are needed
    • Maintains the internal IESOP participant contact list
    • Supports international statement and distribution process
    • Supports the expansion of the IESOP to additional countries
    • Performs other duties as required

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Six years of experience working in finance and accounting required
    • Minimum 3 years of experience working with accounting software outputs and/or Excel
    • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Abacus highly preferred
    • Fluency in English required
    • Ability to provide proactive customer service to both internal and external clients
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and work with highly confidential and/or protected information required
    • Exhibits high emotional IQ with emphasis on empathy and compassion
    • Demonstrated resourcefulness in problem-solving
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
