    Management Accountant

    Competencies

    • Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness.
    • High precision orientation and process discipline.
    • Effective stakeholder engagement and cross- functional influence.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments
    • Clear communicator with strong data storytelling skills.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
    • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an added advantage.
    • 3-5 years' relevant experience in management accounting, costing, FP&A, or audit.
    • Strong modelling skills with advanced Excel/Sheets and proficiency in ERP systems.
    • Solid understanding of IFRS, costing methodologies, and financial governance.
