The Managing Director Ghana will be responsible for the local country P&L and all country operations and will be expected to achieve maximum return on investment and economic success in line with the overall company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Providing clear direction and leadership for the local country organization and maintaining a full overview of the operations.
Developing and driving the local business strategy.
Managing the effectiveness and development of local teams.
Ensuring adherence to local regulations.
Optimal functioning of sales & marketing processes.
Managing the financial and operational aspects of the country organization.
Requirements
University degree in Business, Finance and/or Marketing.
A Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, Business Development and/or Sales in a corporate organization.
Experience in leading teams and managing budgets is required.
Extensive experience in the telecommunications or technology sector.
Management experience in a director's role is an added advantage.
