    Marketing Operations Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team! As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will hold a cross-functional role, and be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of our Americas’ marketing campaigns acting as trusted advisor over a significant portion of our current marketing stack, plus assisting in evaluating and implementing new tools.
    • You will work closely with the regional marketing teams, revenue operations teams, marketing and sales to ensure that marketing activities are in line with our company’s mission and standards.
    • You will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager.


    You Will

    • Manage all aspects of marketing operations for our growing Americas team
    • Manage all aspects of campaign set-up and lead generation processes including: email deployments, email and campaign reporting, lead nurturing setup, configuration, and optimization
    • Develop and execute email marketing programs, including segmentation, testing, and deployment
    • Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through Marketo
    • Analyze campaign performance & provide recommendations that will continuously improve campaigns
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies for email and nurture marketing.
    • Support the implementation and integration of new MarTech
    • Support in overseeing integration and automation efforts across the entire MarTech stack


    Key Skills / Requirements

    • 3-5 years marketing experience
    • Hands-on experience in Marketo and Salesforce
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Strong project management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Drive for innovation and love creative problem solving
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Must be based in Eastern Time 

    And Are

    • Self-driven and capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision
    • Eager to learn
    • A self-starter by nature but comfortable with working in a team


    The Following Would Be Considered a Plus

    • B2B SaaS experience
    • Demonstrated experience in building mature marketing tech stacks, integrating tools to support business objectives and establishing processes that scale.
    • Experience with Salesforce (setting up dashboards and reports) and database management concepts
    • Experience with tools such as Zapier, Tray.io, or Workato
    • Experience working with multicultural teams
