Medical Aesthetician at MNC Consulting Group Limited

Our client in the beauty industry is seeking to hire a highly skilled and professional Medical Aesthetician to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of skincare treatments, including facials, waxing, exfoliation, and body treatments, while ensuring the highest level of client care and professionalism. The Aesthetician will also educate clients on skincare routines, recommend appropriate products, and stay updated on the latest trends in beauty and skincare treatments. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years working experience in a fast paced spa. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and should have In-depth understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments. Should be able to perform procedures to treat medical skin conditions, aid in recovery post-surgery, and improve skin affected by aging, scarring, or trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend treatments.
• Performing laser hair removal, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micro-needling.
• Assisting in pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing cosmetic surgeries like facelifts or other dermatological procedures.
• Applying advanced skin treatments such as dermaplaning, acne treatment, or scar reduction.
• Using medical devices such as laser equipment, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) systems, and radiofrequency machines.
• Providing lymphatic drainage treatments or other massage therapies to aid in healing.
• Educating clients on post-treatment care, skin care products, and maintaining healthy skin.
• Maintaining a high level of sanitation and hygiene in compliance with medical standards.
• Documenting treatment plans and maintaining accurate patient records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or degree in aesthetics, cosmetology or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an aesthetician in a spa, or skincare clinic.
• Prior experience in procedures such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and advanced skincare techniques.

• Skincare Knowledge: In-depth understanding of skin anatomy, conditions, and treatments.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing excellent client care.
