A leading Insurance Brokerage firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Associate to join their team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of their insurance brokerage firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients and assist with their insurance needs, including negotiating quotes and processing claims.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the firm, including maintaining records and databases, conducting research, and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.
• Participate in company meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to negotiate quotes and handle claims.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
