Job description:

• Liaise with various food delivery platforms to manage the marketing campaigns.
• Manage daily orders and communication with kitchen staff for food preparation, delivery partners for food delivery and customers for updates and feedback. 
• Work closely with the COO to review weekly sales and other key metrics. Work towards continuous improvement of various KPIs
• Work closely with the head chef to manage inventory procurement and orders.
